Job summary

ENMRSH, Inc. is seeking a janitorial operations supervisor to organize workspace, crews, and equipment for a productive operation. The role requires leadership, adaptability, and strong customer service for internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of three years of experience in management.
• Possess a REAL ID compliant valid drivers license.
• Have a good driving record.
• Pass an initial federal background check and annual recheck.
• Ability to pass drug screening.
• Reliable transportation.
• Up to date immunization and flu shots.

Responsibilities

• Accomplish time and motion studies, job evaluations, floor layout, cost standards, and price instructions.
• Be familiar with ordering, controlling, and inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Contract is mission essential and work must be performed regardless of environmental conditions.
• Must be able to perform quality control inspections.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and collect data at a high school level.
• Coordinate several tasks and handle various situations calmly and professionally.
• Must have ability to supervise and instruct others and make schedules.
