Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years managing in the service (janitorial) industry.
• Working knowledge of MS Suite.
• Area could be an office building, warehouse, school, university, or other facility.
• Ability to lead people and obtain results.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask is a must.

Responsibilities

• Managing all aspects of your assigned area/territory.
• Supervise and direct operation activities.
• Establish and manage operational policies, objectives, and initiatives to ensure cost-effectiveness and mitigate risks.
• Provide leadership to the managers and/or supervisors in your area.
• Think outside the box and respond quickly to issues to prevent escalation.
• Maintain payroll records.
• Create estimates and workload bids, if possible.
• Ensure quality control expectations are met and exceed Midway standards.
• Discipline employees following company policy guidelines.
• Order and maintain control of inventory and supplies.
• Train or assist in training new and existing employees on proper cleaning in your area/territory.
