• MS Office proficiency and computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Travel and manage all aspects of your assigned area/territory.
• Supervise and direct operation activities.
• Establish and manage policies, objectives, and initiatives to ensure cost-effectiveness and mitigate risks.
• Provide leadership to the managers and/or supervisors in your area.
• Respond quickly to issues to prevent escalation.
• Maintain payroll records.
• Create estimates and workload bids, if possible.
• Ensure quality control meets Midway standards.
• Discipline employees following company policy guidelines.
• Order and maintain control of inventory and supplies.
• Train or assist in training staff on proper cleaning in your area/territory.
