Job summary

POWDR operates Stovepipe Wells Village in Death Valley National Park, seeking an Employee Services Coordinator to support transportation, housing, facilities and engagement for staff. You will operate the employee shuttle, assist with maintenance, housing preparation and events while fostering a safe, welcoming workplace.

The role requires a valid driver's license, strong customer service, and the ability to work in a remote, desert environment with a flexible, on-site schedule.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in Death Valley National Park.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required.
• Experience driving passenger vans or shuttle vehicles is preferred.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with coworkers, management, guests and the public.
• Demonstrate sound judgment, honesty and accountability in decision‑making.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks and adapt to changing needs.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Follow written and verbal instructions while complying with safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate the company shuttle to transport employees according to schedules.
• Coordinate routine maintenance, inspections, fueling, cleaning, and repairs for shuttle and other vehicles.
• Transport company vehicles to scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repair facilities.
• Deliver mail and packages from the General Store to employee mailboxes.
• Clean and maintain restrooms, ensuring sanitation and presentation standards.
• Restock towels and maintain towel supplies at pool areas.
• Assist guests with luggage and other needs, including delivering rollaway beds to rooms.
• Plan, organize and support employee events and recreational programs to promote engagement.
