Job summary

Destination Death Valley LLC is seeking an Employee Services Coordinator at Stovepipe Wells Village to support transportation, housing, facilities, and employee engagement within Death Valley National Park. This role helps maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for staff and guests in collaboration with the Maintenance Manager.

A high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and experience driving shuttle vehicles are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required.
• Experience driving passenger vans or shuttle vehicles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate the employee shuttle safely according to schedules.
• Coordinate routine vehicle maintenance, inspections, fueling, cleaning, and repairs.
• Assist with preparing employee housing and supporting employee activities.
