Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain all assigned facility systems during the shift.
• Respond to and manage service calls within required timeframes.
• Make critical operational decisions in the absence of the Project Manager.
• Ensure shift staff follow safety, environmental, and contract requirements.
• Oversee on-site engineering and trades personnel during shifts.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and CMMS documentation.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager on outages and safety concerns.
• Support the IRS Occupancy Emergency Plan during drills and emergencies.
