Georgetown University is seeking a Director of Facilities Services, Planning and Facilities Management to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for campus maintenance and project delivery. You will manage small-scale projects, oversee deferred maintenance programs, and ensure a safe, functional campus along with the Calcagnini Contemplative Center (CCC) operations in Bluemont, VA.

Competenze

Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
7 years of experience in Facilities Management.
4+ years of supervisory experience is preferred and desirable.

Directs the planning and execution of small-scale facilities projects across campus buildings and properties.
Oversees coordination and delivery of maintenance and deferred maintenance programs.
Provides leadership and guidance to the Project Manager at the Calcagnini Contemplative Center (CCC).
