Georgetown University seeks a Director of Facilities Services, Planning and Facilities Management to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of facilities services across campus. You will supervise staff, manage small-scale projects, and coordinate maintenance programs to ensure a safe, functional campus environment.

The role includes oversight of the Project Manager at the Calcagnini Contemplative Center (CCC).

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or related technical discipline or a combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years supervisory experience preferred in Facilities Management; CFM Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Directs the planning and execution of small-scale facilities projects across campus buildings and properties.
• Oversees the coordination and delivery of maintenance and deferred maintenance programs.
• Provides leadership and guidance to the Project Manager at the Calcagnini Contemplative Center (CCC).
• Leads a high-performing team and supports a proactive, customer-focused service culture.
• Implements strategies to continuously improve service delivery using data and customer feedback.
