Noble in Montclair, NJ is seeking a Facility and Vehicle Maintenance Coordinator to oversee all aspects of maintenance for agency facilities and vehicles. Responsibilities include managing repair and maintenance tasks, developing preventative maintenance programs, and ensuring safety guidelines are followed. Summary
Provides coordination and oversight of all aspects of agency facility, vehicle and ground-keeping maintenance.
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Duties/Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate the repair and maintenance of all agency facilities and equipment.
Oversee and coordinate the repair and maintenance of all agency vehicles.
Provide general ground-keeping maintenance by mowing, trimming, weeding, spraying, snow removal, etc. or oversee these tasks by external vendors.
Perform routine repairs to Noble facilities as needed.
Obtain and evaluate quotes from external vendors as needed.
Develop and oversee a preventative maintenance program for agency facilities.
Develop and oversee a preventative maintenance program for agency vehicles.
Move furniture and other items within Noble’s facilities and assist with client moves in Noble’s residential program as needed.
Follow all safety guidelines regarding the use of equipment, machines, tools, personal protective equipment and work processes.
