Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and inventory maintenance.
• Ability to read and understand elementary blueprints or sketches.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine custodial, building, or grounds maintenance tasks such as cleaning, trash pickup, and set-ups.
• Responds to internal requests for assistance and safety-related situations.
• Maintains and repairs facilities, vehicles, and equipment; monitors supplies and performs preventive maintenance.
• Notifies supervisors of needed repairs and assists in routine minor repairs.
• Assists in grounds maintenance including sweeping walkways and weed control.
• Performs other duties of similar nature as required.
