Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs manual labor activities: emptying trash, gathering materials, sweeping, moving furniture, painting, and related tasks.
• Assists internal customers and responds to requests; handles emergencies to ensure safety of students and staff.
• Maintains facilities, vehicles, and equipment; performs basic repairs and preventive maintenance; inventories supplies.
• Notifies appropriate individuals of facility or equipment repairs.
• Under direction, performs routine minor repairs.
• Performs routine grounds maintenance: trash pick-up, sweeping walkways, weeding planter areas.
• Performs other duties of a similar nature.
