Tallahassee State College (TSC), recently recognized as one of the Most Promising Places to Work in Community Colleges for 2025, is seeking a full-time Facilities Services and Operations Specialist – P01541 for our Facilities Department. We seek a dedicated professional committed to fostering a vibrant workplace community.

What You’ll Do

As Facilities Services and Operations Specialist, you will manage and maintain the AiM (CMMS) system, perform information-processing operations, collaborate with departments, assist in training users, develop procedures, and manage data related to buildings, equipment, and assets. You will also develop reporting systems, monitor work order completion, and create training materials.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot the CMMS, ensuring system, software, and reports function correctly. Participate in training, establish data entry standards, and coordinate data management with IT and engineering teams.
• Create reports and analysis tools, monitor system changes, evaluate proposals, and oversee maintenance records and schedules. Support system software issues and develop utilities to enhance system performance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
