Join Our Team at Tallahassee State College OPS Campus Tours and Events Assistant Opportunity Tallahassee State College is excited to announce a part‑time opening working for the position of Campus Tours and Events Assistant, working 15‑20 hours per week in the Transfer Services Department with an anticipated start date of February 16, 2026. We’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to fostering a vibrant campus community.

What You’ll Do

As the Campus Tours and Events Assistant, your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:

• Conduct campus tours to prospective students and families during assigned shifts and special events.
• Conduct pre‑ and post‑tour communications to campus visitors to answer questions and help connect them to campus resources.
• Assist the Outreach and Recruitment Coordinator and the Programs and Experiences Coordinator with tasks related to the First‑Year Experience, Transfer Student Seminars, and other special events.
• Perform general administrative and customer service duties.
