Job summary

Mark-Taylor is hiring a Manager of Facilities and Service (Maintenance Supervisor) at Nacona in Glendale, AZ. You will lead a team of Service Technicians, Facilities Technicians and Housekeepers and oversee hands-on maintenance to keep the community running smoothly and safely.

The role requires advanced knowledge across plumbing, electrical, HVAC and related trades, plus certifications (EPA, HVAC, CPO, OSHA). Excellent service orientation and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge in Plumbing, Electrical, Pool Maintenance, HVAC, Carpentry, Landscape Maintenance, Appliances, and OSHA-related standards.
• Certifications: EPA, HVAC, CPO, OSHA or similar.
• Service orientation and basic English communication.
• 3+ years as Maintenance Technician, Apartment Turn Technician, or related.
• 1 year as Maintenance Manager/Supervisor or similar.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of Service Technicians, Facilities Technicians and Housekeepers.
• Oversee maintenance duties to maintain and enhance community value.
• Inspect and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry and related areas.
• Manage inventory and Make-Ready/Turn Board for leasing.
• Schedule contractors and vendors as needed.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company protocols.
• Attend trainings and mentor junior technicians.
• Maintain records of preventative maintenance and inspections.
