Job summary

Mark-Taylor is hiring a Manager of Facilities and Service (Maintenance Supervisor) at Nacona in Glendale, AZ. You will lead a team of Service and Facilities Technicians, oversee hands-on maintenance, and ensure safety and quality across our apartment communities.

The role requires multiple certifications (EPA, HVAC, CPO, OSHA), strong maintenance knowledge, and prior supervisory experience. Competitive pay, on-call incentives, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Three or more years' experience in Maintenance or related roles.
• One or more industry certifications: EPA, HVAC, CPO or OSHA.
• Strong safety and compliance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the leader for the team of Service and Facilities Technicians and Housekeepers.
• Oversee hands-on maintenance to maintain and enhance community value.
• Inspect & diagnose issues across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, and more.
• Schedule vendors and manage on-site operations and on-call coverage.
• Maintain records of preventive maintenance, inspections, and inventories.
