Job summary

Mark-Taylor is hiring a Manager of Facilities and Service (Maintenance Supervisor) at Mezzo Desert Ridge in Desert Ridge, AZ. You will lead a team of Service Technicians, Facilities Technicians, and Housekeepers to keep the community running smoothly and provide five-star service.

The role requires CPO certification and extensive knowledge across plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• CPO certification required.
• One or more industry certifications (EPA, HVAC, OSHA) preferred.
• Three or more years in maintenance roles (Maintenance Technician/Manager).
• Basic written and spoken English required.
• Strong knowledge in plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, landscape maintenance, appliances and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team of Service Technicians, Facilities Technicians and Housekeepers.
• Oversee hands-on maintenance to preserve community value.
• Inspect and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pools, carpentry, drywall, appliances and exteriors.
• Manage apartment home inventories and Make-Ready/Turn Board.
• Schedule contractors and vendors as needed.
• Inspect for safety hazards and remediate.
