Job summary

Five River Analytics, an Akima company, seeks a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to support the NSWC PCD Facilities Service Desk. You will be the central point for NSWC PCD personnel submitting facility service requests and will enter and track tickets in ARCHIBUS.

This on-site role runs Mon–Fri with core hours and requires handling CUI with discretion per DoD and federal rules. You will document requests, route tickets, monitor status, and provide professional customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen able to undergo a local and federal background check for Public Trust.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in business admin, IT, or facilities management is preferred.
• Experience providing professional customer support in person, by phone, and via official email.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support the NSWC PCD Facilities Service Desk during business hours and provide professional customer service to NSWC PCD personnel.
• Receive service requests in person, by phone, email, or online.
• Document customer requests and enter service tickets into ARCHIBUS.
• Review requests to ensure information is complete and actionable.
• Assign and route service tickets to the appropriate NSWC PCD group for resolution.
• Monitor open service requests and maintain accurate ticket status information.
• Investigate long-standing requests to determine status and ETA.
• Follow up with groups and customers to obtain updates and facilitate resolution.
• Re-route service requests to appropriate functional groups as needed.
• Communicate professionally with NSWC PCD personnel in person, by phone, and in writing via email.
• Respond to inquiries regarding status of service requests and provide updates.
• Maintain accurate records of service desk activities and request status.
• Safeguard CUI per NSWC PCD, DoD, and Federal requirements.
• Use Navy-standard systems and Windows 365 to perform daily duties.
• Support the preparation and submission of information for CSR.
• Perform other related service desk and admin duties as needed.
