Job summary

Helsing is seeking an experienced Facility Security Officer to lead security operations at a new manufacturing site in West Virginia. You will oversee personnel security, NISPOM compliance, and work closely with DCSA representatives, ensuring clearances and training are maintained.

As a dual-scope leader, you will blend corporate security responsibilities with hands-on plant security, manage guards and access control, and coordinate with HR and safety teams to mitigate risks at the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in security management or related field.
• 3–5 years of industrial/corporate security experience with FSO exposure.
• Working knowledge of NISPOM and DCSA processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee personnel security, eAPP/DISS, and maintain cleared records.
• Lead security training, audits, and DCSA assessments.
• Manage plant-level security, visitor control, access logs, and incidents.
