Job summary

DZConneX Solutions Ltd. seeks a Site Manager, HHS to lead on-site security at an SNS facility. You will oversee contract compliance, operational readiness, personnel accountability, incident response coordination, and Government customer communications.

You will direct security staff, ensure safety, conduct routine inspections, and coordinate with stakeholders to maintain a mission-ready environment.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years progressive experience in security operations, law enforcement, military service, or critical infrastructure protection.
• Experience supervising or managing security, law enforcement, military, or emergency response personnel.

Responsibilities

• Manage onsite security operations to ensure contract requirements and operational readiness.
• Supervise assigned security personnel to maintain safety and site standards.
• Ensure compliance with site policies, post orders, procedures, and notification processes.
• Develop and execute site exercises and prepare after-action reports with corrective actions.
• Identify equipment deficiencies and provide oversight during range days as needed.
• Foster a disciplined work environment and mentor supervisors and staff.
