Ace Hardware seeks a Facility Manager for its RSC to oversee security, maintenance, and housekeeping across facilities and assets. You will lead safety programs, plan capital purchases, and coordinate with operations leadership on access control and reporting.

The role emphasizes OSHA compliance, emergency planning, and vendor negotiations to ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant environment for team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience in facilities, security, or operations.
• Experience leading safety initiatives and facility operations.
• Ability to plan and manage multiple projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and supervise loss prevention, maintenance, and housekeeping personnel.
• Analyze security operations and resolve potential breaches.
• Develop security procedures with operations leadership for access control and reporting.
• Oversee capital purchases receipt and asset management.
• Lead safety training and ensure OSHA record keeping accuracy.
• Coordinate emergency management and disaster response with Loss Prevention.
