Job summary

BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking a Maintenance/Facilities team member to support daily club operations with cleaning, cart management, and safety compliance. You will help maintain a clean, safe environment for members and teammates across the club.

You will participate in routine maintenance tasks, assist with stocking and organization, and contribute to a positive, efficient shopping experience for guests. A team-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards
• Good teamwork and reliability

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous service to members and maintain safety standards.
• Clean and maintain club areas including sales floor, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
• Move and return carts/flatbeds from parking lot to club entrance.
• Keep carts stocked and in good working order; remove unusable carts.
• Operate cleaning equipment (floor scrubber, vacuum, mops) safely.
• Perform minor repairs and report major issues to management.
