The role emphasizes GMP-compliant cleanliness, inventory management for break rooms, and collaboration with People Operations and Facilities teams to enhance employee experience.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Experience supporting facilities, property management, or manufacturing operations.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of safety guidelines and GMP considerations.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas on a regular schedule.
• Ensure facilities stocked with supplies (paper products, soap, sanitizer).
• Maintain break room supplies (food, beverages, utensils).
• Perform routine janitorial duties: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash, disinfection.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines in a manufacturing setting.
• Maintain cleanliness standards in line with GMP.
