So Good So You in Inver Grove Heights, MN is seeking a Facilities / Janitorial Assistant to support day-to-day operations and safety of company facilities. You will coordinate vendors, manage service requests, and maintain building systems to keep the workplace functional and clean.

Responsibilities include cleaning, stocking supplies, performing routine janitorial tasks, and ensuring adherence to GMP, OSHA, and sanitation standards in a manufacturing setting.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, locker rooms, offices, and other common areas on a regular schedule.
• Ensure all facilities are stocked with necessary supplies (paper products, soap, sanitizer).
• Stock and maintain food, snacks, beverages, utensils, and other break room supplies.
• Perform routine janitorial duties (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal).
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines in a manufacturing environment.
• Monitor and report maintenance or repair needs to Facilities team.
