San Manuel is seeking a Safety Specialist – Facilities to ensure safety for staff, guests, and the public at Yaamava’ Resort & Casino. You will lead incident investigations, enforce OSHA compliance, and coordinate safety programs across the property.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, an Associate's degree preferred, 5+ years in EHS, OSHA 30-hour, and ServSafe; strong MS Office skills; ability to manage multiple projects and present findings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Associate’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Risk Management, or related field preferred.
• Five years of direct EHS experience.
• OSHA 30-hour certification or ability to obtain within one year.
• Knowledge of OSHA general industry regulations and risk management.

Responsabilités

• Perform incident investigations for accidents, injuries, and near misses.
• Inspect electrical installations, pool areas, and safety equipment.
• Coordinate fire drills and safety inspections; manage chemical inventories.
• Lead audits and drive improvements to meet OSHA and enterprise guidelines.
• Design and deliver regulatory safety training for operating teams.
• Manage EHS projects and track corrective actions across the property.
• Respond to health and safety hazards and issue safety bulletins.
• Support safety committee activities and share learnings.
