Job summary

Celestica Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Facilities Specialist to lead daily safety program administration across our electronics manufacturing floor. You will ensure OSHA General Industry compliance, drive a safety-first culture, and mitigate hazards associated with automated equipment and high-voltage systems.

Reporting to the EHS Manager, you will perform site inspections, manage LOTO, conduct risk assessments, deliver safety training, and support incident investigations while maintaining safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of dedicated safety experience in high-volume manufacturing.
• OSHA 30-Hour General Industry certification required; ASP or CSP is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of machinery guarding, electrical hazard protocols, and ergonomic considerations.

Responsibilities

• Floor inspections and hazard control to identify and mitigate safety risks.
• Audit and manage OSHA LOTO program during automated machinery maintenance.
• Oversee electrical safety with PPE, guarding, and grounding practices.
• Conduct Job Hazard Analyses for new or modified production equipment.
• Lead incident investigations and support root-cause analysis.
• Deliver OSHA-mandated onboarding, safety briefings, and toolbox talks.
• Maintain OSHA 300, 300A, and 301 logs and track safety metrics.
