Job summary

Socket.dev seeks a Manager M&R Buildings & Facilities to oversee all facilities and infrastructure assets within the terminal, ensuring safe, efficient operations and strong vendor relationships. You will lead safety programs, coordinate maintenance activities, and drive cost-effective improvements while maintaining a high standard of regulatory compliance.

You will partner with procurement, security, and engineering teams to schedule inspections, manage contractors, and deliver reliable service

Qualifications

• Experience with maintenance management and asset stewardship.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
• Proven project management skills with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical problem solving and decision making under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of facilities and infrastructure assets within designated area.
• Lead safety initiatives and incident response in alignment with PoLA procedures.
• Coordinate on-site maintenance activities with PoLA and FMS teams, including escalations.
• Manage relationships with fuel vendors, procurement, and parts supply to ensure reliability and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Direct preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs of terminal facilities and equipment.
