Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an Operations Support Manager to uphold location standards, culture, and safety while coordinating with shared services and market leaders. The role manages facility readiness, inventory, and vendor interactions, without direct reports, reporting to the market Managing Director.

This on-site position requires strong organizational skills, budget awareness, and the ability to mobilize teams during storm response or high-volume periods. Local travel is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of operations, warehouse, facility, or field supervision experience.
• Superb customer service track record.
• Effective written and oral communication.
• Basic math and budgeting skills.
• Experience in restoration, construction, or a related field service industry preferred.
• Comfortable working in Microsoft Teams and Company operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Hold the location to Company standards for culture, dress code, and vehicle appearance.
• Maintain vehicle readiness and warehouse readiness at the location.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder before shortfalls affect production.
• Maintain facility upkeep and presentation of the building.
• Receive members of the public and direct them to the correct resource.
• Coordinate paperwork and document handling with Shared Services.
• Ensure safety and inspections with the Senior Operations Manager and market managers.
• Facilitate daily WIP meetings via Teams for coordination with Shared Services.
