Qualifications

• Two years experience in minor plumbing, electrical and mechanical repairs, painting, carpentry, drywall repair, lock repairs, boiler and HVAC related tasks.
• Read and understand labels, instructions; possess a current, valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems as needed.
• Inspect and maintain fire extinguishers, hoses, cabinets, and tools.
• Move and store furniture, equipment, and supplies.
• Patch and paint drywall, walls, ceilings, floors and doors.
• Clean or replace filters; maintain safe work areas.
• Keep sidewalks and parking areas clear; assist in custodial coordination.
• Assist in kitchen hygiene and inventory upkeep; may paint walls.
• On-call for building emergencies and safety issues.
