Job summary
Ecolab is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Naperville, IL to lead the facilities team and manage maintenance, repair, and improvements of building systems. You will drive reliability, efficiency, and safety while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
The role emphasizes leadership of non-supply chain maintenance staff, system supervision, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize facility performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years facilities maintenance and operations experience.
- 4+ years leading or supervising maintenance teams.
- Experience troubleshooting complex facility systems and equipment.
- Proficiency with CMMS and standard business software.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise facility maintenance, construction, repair, and operational activities.
- Lead, coach, develop, and support a team of maintenance employees.
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of facility systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex facility issues with minimal supervision.
- Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Coordinate contractors, vendors, and service providers for projects and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
