Job summary

Kraft Heinz Newberry Plant is seeking a Facilities Refrigeration Supervisor/Utilities Supervisor to lead maintenance teams and optimize equipment reliability. You will manage TPM processes, safety programs, and capital budget items in collaboration with engineering.

The role requires a strong background in electrical, mechanical, and utility systems, including ammonia refrigeration. Flexibility for varied shifts is needed to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• 1–5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Familiar with maintenance management systems operations.
• Experience with TPM systems is preferred.
• Understanding of ammonia refrigeration and boiler systems is a plus.
• Able to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance personnel to ensure systems meet production schedules, quality, and costs.
• Improve reliability and reduce production loss from equipment failure.
• Determine equipment capabilities and safety in coordination with supervisors.
• Develop cost-effective preventative maintenance procedures.
• Coordinate and supervise corrective and preventive maintenance per procedures.
• Provide maintenance training and safety committee participation.
