Job summary

LGSTX is seeking a facilities maintenance supervisor to direct maintenance staff across properties managed by LGSTX Services. You will ensure high-quality work delivered cost-effectively and maintain strong communication with property management, tenants, owners, and LGSTX leadership.

You will control labor usage, review schedules and scope of work, monitor safety practices, read drawings, and prepare cost estimates.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 4 years of experience in facility maintenance.
• Must be familiar with materials, methods, terminology, equipment, and tools used in maintenance, repair, and construction of structures.
• Must be familiar with building systems such as plumbing, heating, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, painting, rough and finished carpentry.
• Must be able to read and understand construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Must be familiar with safety regulations and promote safe work practices.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• FAA Advisory Circulars, equipment operations manuals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize maintenance staff performance and scheduling.
• Ensure work quality, cost efficiency, and timely completion.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, specs.
• Maintain safety training and equipment usage.
• Report progress to customers and LGSTX management.
• Prepare budgets and justify tools and equipment.
• Coordinate with tenants, owners, and management.
• Assist with snow removal and other duties.
• Travel as needed for training or service issues.
