Job summary

LGSTX Services is seeking a skilled facilities supervisor to direct and supervise the maintenance staff assigned to LGSTX properties. You will ensure high-quality work, cost efficiency, and clear communication with Property & Facility Maintenance Management, tenants, property owners, and LGSTX leadership.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, inspecting work against standards, reviewing budgets and equipment needs, ensuring safety training, and coordinating snow removal when needed.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of facility maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise facility maintenance staff to ensure quality and cost-efficiency.
• Monitor man-hours and optimize resource utilization.
• Review budgets, cost estimates, and tool/equipment justifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and training.
• Maintain communication with management, tenants, and customers.
• Oversee or assist snow removal activities when needed.
• Develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
