Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in facility maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise facility maintenance staff to ensure high-quality, cost-effective work.
• Inspect and monitor maintenance to meet standards of quality, cost, and timeliness.
• Provide coaching, conduct performance reviews, and staffing recommendations.
