This role oversees budgeting, preventive maintenance, life safety, property management, and renovations, supervising the Maintenance Supervisor and Fleet Services Manager, coordinating with leaders and partners to move Pathfinder's

Qualifications

• Five years of property or facility management experience preferred.
• One year of supervisory experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance required.
• General knowledge of facility maintenance needs required.
• Experience with facility and capital budgets required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to facilities, fleet, and property management across multiple locations.
• Develop budgets and oversee capital projects and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and risk management standards.
• Lead and develop Maintenance Supervisor and Fleet Services Manager.
• Coordinate property moves and upgrades.
