Qualifications

• Four (4) years of directly related experience.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate renovation and new construction projects from initiation through planning and execution.
• Monitor project scope, timeline, and budget; prepare status reports.
• Schedule and organize meetings; maintain project records and administer project management system.
• Coordinate design process, develop punch lists, and assist in project closure.
• Perform general administrative duties for the project management team.
• Ensure safety and compliance with applicable regulations.
