Job summary

BrightPath Kids in the Dallas Fort‑Worth area is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support a multi-site facilities team. The role reports to the Director of Facilities and blends administrative precision with hands-on facilities awareness to ensure centers are maintained efficiently and with exceptional customer service.

• Provide excellent support to managers and field technicians across all brands and regions.
• Coordinate and maintain workflow logs, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time by the facilities/maintenance team.
• Work with the Director to verify billing, track department budgets, and partner with Accounts Payable for timely payments and reconciliation.
• Maintain vendor files including contracts, proposals, work statements, W9s, and COIs.
