Job summary

BrightPath Kids, part of the Busy Bees family, operates childcare centers across the United States and Canada. The Facilities Coordinator reports to the Director of Facilities to ensure smooth operation of the Facilities Department and centers across 11 states, with a hybrid Dallas–Fort Worth work arrangement.

The role includes coordinating with vendors, handling CAFM data, supporting HubSpot Helpdesk ticketing, and maintaining records to enable timely project delivery and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities coordination or administrative support is preferred.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and vendor management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide cross‑functional support to managers and field technicians across brands and regions.
• Coordinate with external vendors and manage work orders for assigned locations.
• Maintain CAFM data, track preventive maintenance, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Serve as a liaison between Location Directors, executives, facilities team and vendors to resolve issues.
