Job summary

Booz Allen is seeking a Facilities Project Scheduler and Data Analyst to support Marine Corps installation programs. You will maintain IMS, track milestones, and draft MSRs to provide leadership with visibility into operations and issues.

You will collect and analyze project data, update dashboards, and collaborate with Public Works, engineering, and stakeholders to keep schedules aligned with priorities and requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in program management, project coordination or installation operations.
• Experience with planning, scheduling, milestone tracking, or documentation management.
• Experience maintaining schedules, dashboards, and technical docs for programs or facilities.
• Knowledge of PM practices, installation operations, or project lifecycles.
• Ability to coordinate with stakeholders for doc, scheduling, scoping, or tracking needs.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel dashboards, or SharePoint docs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the local Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) weekly.
• Track project milestones.
• Draft Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) for leadership.
• Collect and analyze project data.
• Update dashboards and ensure alignment with requirements.
• Coordinate with Public Works, engineering offices, and stakeholders.
• Support schedule reviews and documentation management.
