Job summary

You will maintain the local Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) weekly, track milestones, draft Monthly Status Reports, and analyze data to provide leadership with clear visibility into operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience supporting program management, project coordination, installation operations, or infrastructure project tracking.
• Experience assisting with project planning, scheduling, milestone tracking, or documentation management.
• Experience maintaining project schedules, dashboards, or technical documentation for programs or facilities projects.
• Knowledge of program management practices, installation operations, or project lifecycle activities.
• Ability to coordinate with stakeholders to support documentation, scheduling, scoping, or project tracking requirements.
• Ability to use project management or tracking tools such as MS Project, Excel dashboards, or SharePoint‑based documentation systems.
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Responsibilities

• Maintain the IMS on a weekly basis and track project milestones.
• Draft Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) for Government leadership.
• Collect and analyze project data and update dashboards.
• Support schedule reviews and monitor execution progress.
• Coordinate project documentation and assist with data‑driven decision‑making across Public Works, engineering offices, and stakeholders.
