Job summary

Qualifications

10+ years of experience supporting program management or infrastructure project tracking.
Experience planning, scheduling, milestone tracking, or documentation management.
Experience maintaining schedules, dashboards, or technical documentation for programs or facilities projects.
Knowledge of PM practices, installation operations, or project lifecycle activities.
Ability to coordinate with stakeholders to support documentation, scheduling, scoping, and tracking requirements.

Responsibilities

Maintain the local Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) on a weekly basis.
Track project milestones and draft Monthly Status Reports (MSRs).
Collect and analyze project data and update dashboards.
Support data-driven decision-making across Public Works and engineering offices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with installation priorities and government requirements.
