Job summary

PwrQ Holdings LLC is seeking a Facilities Supervisor in Hanover, MD to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable operations of the site. You will lead capital projects, manage contractors, and own regulatory compliance across Maryland and local jurisdictions.

You will partner with Operations to maintain production readiness, drive continuous improvement, and minimize facility-related disruptions affecting safety, quality, or productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in FM/Construction/Engineering or equivalent with related leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility capital projects from concept through closeout.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and status reports.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and design consultants to translate requirements into drawings and specs.
• Oversee construction on-site with safety controls and minimize production disruption.
• Maintain compliance calendars for permits, licenses, inspections; coordinate audits.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs and CMMS asset records.
• Partner with Operations to ensure production readiness and address facility issues.
