Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a seasoned maintenance/continuous improvement professional to implement and maintain safe, cost effective Lean manufacturing processes in our Missouri facility. You will collaborate with operations, quality and product engineering to create and update control plans, layouts, and capital project roadmaps.

The role requires at least 5 years in maintenance or CI, OSHA 30, Lean/Six Sigma familiarity, CAD experience (NX or Inventor), and the ability to lead multiple

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in maintenance, facilities, or CI project management.
• OSHA 30 or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.
• CAD experience with NX or Inventor required or preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects including machine selection and cell layout.
• Develop and implement process improvements and preventative maintenance procedures.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, and product engineering to update control plans.
• Support plant safety and ergonomics initiatives.
• Assist in cost reduction through continuous improvement events.
• Manage project reporting to upper management.
