Job summary

The Building People invites applications for a Program/Project Management role to drive facility operations and campus modernization projects. You will serve as the primary contact for the COR and stakeholders, coordinating schedules, milestones, and deliverables across multiple teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, an active Secret clearance, and 7+ years supporting leadership in project/program management within federal facilities.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance is required.
• Experience coordinating activities, schedules, deliverables, risks, communications, strategy & execution.
• Experience supporting daily operations for a campus complex or large facilities environment.
• Experience with facilities management, infrastructure, real property, or federal programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the COR and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate project schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and action items across teams.
• Support PMO activities, governance, compliance reporting, and transitional initiatives.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, prepare briefing materials, document outcomes, and track actions.
• Support planning, execution, and reporting for campus operations and maintenance.
• Develop briefings, fact sheets, reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Monitor performance, risks, issues, and dependencies; coordinate mitigations.
