Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and commissioning of multiple cross-functional construction projects ranging from $100K to $1.5MM.

The role emphasizes strong client relationships, project controls, and timely, cost-effective delivery. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of multi-project construction experience, expertise in budgeting and scheduling, and a solid grasp of energy systems and codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to construction (engineering, architecture, construction).
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in construction with emphasis on multiple complex, fast-track, and phased project delivery.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities; attention to detail and independence.

Responsibilities

• Improve design and performance of buildings and engineering systems.
• Oversee multiple projects from inception to completion: define scope and budget, compile bid documents, budget reconciliation, value engineering, bid solicitation, contracts, scheduling, submittals, coordination, inspections, reports, change orders, and closeout.
• Deliver projects that are reliable, energy efficient, sustainable, and long-lasting.
• Negotiate, coordinate, and direct work of subcontractors; build strong relationships with GC personnel and stakeholders.
• Manage budgeting and scheduling with strong communication across teams.
• Apply knowledge of energy systems, governance, codes, and architectural/engineering requirements.
• Handle fast-paced, multi-project environments balancing priorities.
