Job summary

Patient First in Virginia seeks a Facilities Manager/Project Manager to support new construction, maintain project documents, track permits, and oversee building automation systems.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in facilities management or a related field, strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and Project, and the ability to lift 50 pounds and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, project management, or a related field required.
• Construction industry and/or facilities management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Assist Facilities Manager with new construction tasks.
• Maintain project documents, drawings, and files from development to operation.
• Track permits, inspections, fees, and notify about expiration dates and changes.
• Inspect construction phases for workmanship and document compliance.
• Learn and support building automation and management systems.
• Manage CMMS to report and track maintenance repairs.
• Answer after-hours calls about facilities issues as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
