Qualifications

• Knowledge of codes, standards, and cost estimating software such as RS Means, TMA, etc.

Responsibilities

• Oversees planning, scheduling, design, and development of projects up to $20M annually.
• Manages budgets, vendor contracts, and proposals; guides contract development.
• Ensures compliance with codes, regulations, and cost controls throughout project life cycle.
