You will prepare space plans, assist with budget forecasts, and manage furniture selections and contractor relations for relocations.

The role requires AutoCAD proficiency, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects with adherence to corporate facility standards.

Qualificações

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in facilities/ engineering fields.
• Minimum 5 years in facilities operations or space planning.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsabilidades

• Support new construction and renovation projects across Indiana/Michigan facilities.
• Serve as onsite contact for general contractors and coordinate with Project Scheduler.
• Prepare space projections and budget forecasts for capital and O&M expenditures.
• Handle space planning, furniture layout, and acquisition of furnishings for relocations.
• Coordinate with Corporate Facility Engineer on standards and projects.
• Manage contracts and procurement per AEP policies.
• Provide updates to customers on office moves and remodels.
• Develop project documents: scopes, estimates, schedules, drawings; ensure quality control.
• Supervise small to medium capital and O&M projects; ensure safety policies.
