Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with relevant facilities or space planning experience.
• 5+ years in facilities operations or space planning roles.
• Valid state driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Support new construction and renovation projects across Indiana/Michigan facilities.
• Be the onsite contact for general contractors and coordinate schedules.
• Prepare space projections and budget forecasts for capital and O&M.
• Plan furniture layouts and acquire furniture and relocation services.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and drawings.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and project standards.
• Coordinate tenant relations and office moves to satisfy customers.
• Manage small to medium capital and O&M projects end-to-end.
