Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Construction Management/Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience in construction management of multi-million dollar projects.
• Experience with electric utility projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily reports and submit to Project Manager.
• Review construction sequence and IFC prints.
• Ensure QA/QC on construction methods/materials.
• Ensure activities comply with AES Requirements and specs.
• Lead construction activity coordination.
• Host weekly construction meetings.
• Coordinate protection and isolation sequences.
• Receive isolation orders and coordinate safety coordination.
• Report safety observations and participate in safety improvements.
• Review invoices and validate milestones.
• Collect signed material receipts for GR creation.
• Coordinate with Environmental swppp inspections and soil testing.
• Assist PM with Change Order documentation.
• Coordinate return of unused materials and aid close-out checklists.
• Participate in contractor bid evaluations and performance documentation.
