Job summary

McKinley, Inc. seeks a Facilities Project Manager to lead capital and repair projects across our multifamily communities.

You will assess properties, define scope, budgets, and schedules, and manage bids, contractors, and field oversight. This on-site, field-oriented role requires 4+ years in facilities or construction, knowledge of roofing, paving, concrete, exterior painting, or building-envelope systems, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in facilities management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of roofing, paving, concrete, exterior painting, or building-envelope systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assess properties to identify facility and construction needs and define project scope.
• Develop practical project scopes, budgets, schedules, estimates, and bid documents.
• Manage facilities and capital improvement projects from assessment through completion.
• Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate contractor bids and terms.
• Select and coordinate vendors and contractors across trades.
• Monitor project costs, schedules, quality, and contractor performance.
• Conduct field inspections to ensure scope, quality, and safety compliance.
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to leadership.
